We are pleased to say that we are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority - FRN 689161, and have been so since September 2015. This we see as evidence of the quality of our standards, staff and systems.
We have also recently qualified for FSQS (Financial Supplier Qualification System) with one of our clients. This is a system used by some major banks and other financial services, and ensures suppliers compliance with legislation, regulation and corporate governance and manages a wide range of risks including supply disruption and business continuity, bribery and corruption, safety and quality, sustainability, social responsibility and ethics, conflict minerals, financial distress and EU procurement rules.
We carry full public liability & professional indemnity insurance, and can provide secure storage facilities for vehicles.
We provide to some of our clients, a secure password protected web based portal. This provides clients with 24/7 access to updates and vehicle condition report forms etc, offering rapid and comprehensive reporting, without the need to email/call the client.
Our aim is to recover our client's asset as fast as possible, working in a professional manner at all times. Once an instruction is received, we action the request within 24 hours, and keep the client fully informed.
