The Serving of Process.
As with any other agency, we serve process in relation to County Court, Bankruptcy and High Court matters.
KIS are able to offer a quick and cost effective service to you the creditor. Time and time again we have proved successful in serving papers after the local County Court Bailiff has failed miserably.

This of course, could be due, to the fact that we already have prior knowledge of the person to be served, this due to us having dealt with him at the early stages of repossession. One service that we are increasingly being asked to provide is that of receiving urgent instructions, visiting a contact address and alleged employment address, thoroughly checking out those details before our clients actually purchase the deal.
