In the current climate, there always remains the risk of employing that "Employee from Hell".
Prospective employers are no doubt only too aware of the resent press coverage that has been given to this subject over the past few years.
We can only strongly suggest to overseas clients who are contemplating engaging the services of a nanny from the U.K., that they have in-depth background inquiries made and don't rely too strongly on the reliability of references given.

Staff Absenteeism – Malingerers
For a number of years now, we have provided a service to industry and commerce where it is strongly suspected members of staff are malingering, whilst allegedly off work sick.
We provide a surveillance service, which is carried out by fully trained ex-military and police personnel.
Both video and still photography backed up by a written report are provided.
In addition, our staff are also able to attend any subsequent industrial tribunal or court hearing etc and give evidence as a professional witness, should this be required. |
